Method:
Serves 4-6 people

Ingredients:
1 kilogram of lamb shoulder with bones
Chard spices (carnation cloves- cardamom- cinnamon stick- black pepper grain-bay leaves – 4 sliced onion)
2 ½ cup of water
500 grams (2 ½ cup) of basmati rice
2 finely chopped onions
3 tbsp of ghee or oil
1 medium cinnamon stick
8 cloves of carnation
2 chopped tomatoes
4 crushed garlic cloves with green pepper adjust to taste
1 ½ tbsp of Bahraini mixed spices
1 ½ tbsp of crushed spices
1 tbsp turmeric
½ tsp cardamom
½ tsp of ground black pepper
1 tsp of crushed black lemon
1 bundle of chopped coriander is equal to 1 cup
2 cubes of broth
4 black lemons
Salt to taste
8 to 10 curry leaves
