1/2 cup full-fat Yoghurt
2 tsp. minced ginger
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 small lime, juiced
2 tsp. cumin powder
2 tsp. coriander powder
1 ½ tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Salt
¼ cup butter
1 large onion, finely minced
1 can chopped tomatoes
2 cups tomato puree
2 tbsp. cashew nut butter
½ cup cooking cream
Garnish:
a bunch coriander, roughly chopped
