½ zest of a lemon
Pinch salt
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
3 eggs
For the thick Base :
6 Digestive biscuits
50g (1/3 cup) hazelnut
50g (1/3 cup) of dark Chocolate 90%
4 tsp of sumac
¾ tsp of salt
50g (3½ tbsp) brown sugar
50g (3½ tbsp) melted butter
