Method:
Serves: 4-6 people
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time with instant pot: 8 minutes.
Ingredients:
2 cups leftover cooked rice
2 cups leftover chicken
1 cup basmati rice
3 cups random veggies chunks (carrot, zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, potato)
2 tbsp ghee or olive oil
½ tbsp Salt
1 cup of hot water
Garnish: roasted pine nuts, fried onions, diced cilantro.
