Method:

Ingredients:
3 lambs shanks (about 2-3kg)
2 tbsp of Canola oil
4 tsp of Salt
2 Carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
1 large red onion, sliced
1 tsp of Garlic and Ginger paste
10 bay leaves
5 cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick
4 green chilies
1 tbsp of Arabic spice mix
4-5 dried black lemons
1 cup tomato puree
500ml of meat stock
Chopped Parsley to Serve
