1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Cumin
1 Black Cardamom
1 Bay Leaf
1 tsp Salt
Spice Mix
1 tbsp Chickpea Flour
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Dried Mango Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Kasoori Methi
1 tsp Red chili powder or paprika
