Filling of the Cake:
- 16 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- ¼ cup (50 ml) sugar
- ½ cup (125 ml) seedless raspberry jam
- ¼ cup (50 ml) sour cream
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
Topping:
- 3/4 cup (6 oz.) milk chocolate finely chopped
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) heavy cream
- Fresh raspberries for decoration
